Mighty Hospitality Group was founded in 2011 with the opening of Lucky Pie Pizza in old town Louisville, Colorado. It has since grown into a collection of neighborhood restaurants in the Colorado Front Range and Mountains. With each restaurant we strive to create warm, welcoming places with outstanding food and refreshing drinks to gather with friends and family.

We Are Mighty
James Samara
James has a bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University in Hospitality Management and has spent the last 20 years’ operating and owning a variety of restaurant concepts and companies in Colorado, Texas, and Wyoming.
James currently owns and operates restaurants in Colorado with his business partner Brendan McManus. James is passionate about hospitality and people.
Brendan McManus
Brendan has a long history working with food and the food industry. Brendan grew up working on farms and has 30 plus years of experience working in restaurants, and for the last 20 years managing operations.
Brendan started his own company nearly a decade ago with one restaurant and has subsequently, with his partner James Samara, grown the company to 6 restaurants in and around Denver and Boulder, Colorado.
Brendan passionately believes that food and breaking bread with people you care about is the basis for all community and great life experiences and strives to create the opportunity for that in each restaurant they create.
